Refer to the product packaging supplied with your unit for the complete contents list.

Wiring notes

Both touch switches and touch power points are wired with standard BV4 cable and open the same way (twist off the front cover with a small flat-head screwdriver). Connect each conductor to its matching terminal and tighten the screws.

Touch switches
  • L (Live) to the live supply terminal
  • N (Neutral) — optional; connect as required
  • E (Earth) as required
  • Switched outputs to terminals L1–L4 (IN / OUT)
Touch power points (GPOs)
  • N (Neutral), A (Active / Live) and E (Earth) to the supply terminals
  • Each socket is rated to a maximum load of 10A (2400W)
  • On the GPO + 1 Gang Touch Switch, the switched light connects to the Out terminal
  • On the GPO + USB-C, the USB-C charging outputs are built in — no additional mains wiring is needed for the USB port
For exact terminal positions on your specific model and gang configuration, refer to the product wiring diagram supplied with your unit.
Step-by-step installation
  1. Isolate the powerTurn off the circuit at the switchboard and verify it is dead.
  2. Open the front coverUse a small flat-head screwdriver to twist and remove the front cover.
  3. Connect the wiringSwitches: connect L (Live), N (Neutral, as required) and the switched outputs (L1–L4). Power points: connect N, A (Active) and E (Earth), plus the Out terminal on GPO + switch models. Tighten all screws.
  4. Fix the unit into the wall boxLock the unit into position first, then secure with the original screws. Do not overtighten — excessive force can deform the housing.
  5. Fit the glass panel coverPush the glass panel on until it clicks and is securely seated on the base housing.
  6. Restore power and testTurn the main power back on. After power is on, wait 3 seconds, then touch the panel to operate.
Testing and setup

Once the glass panel is fitted and power is restored, wait 3 seconds, then touch the panel to turn the lights on and off. The blue/red LED indicator confirms the on/off state.

Testing without the glass panel: if the switch is tested before the glass cover is fitted, turn the main power OFF again, fit the glass panel, then turn the main power back ON.
Common installation mistakes
  • Leaving power on while testing without the glass panel fitted
  • Overtightening the screws, which can deform the housing and affect operation
  • Not terminating the Earth conductor on the power point (GPO) range
  • Exceeding the 10A (2400W) maximum load on a socket

Wiring notes — switches vs power points

Both product types are wired with standard BV4 cable and open the same way (twist off the front cover with a small flat-head screwdriver). The terminal layout differs between switches and power points — wire to whichever applies to your unit.

Smart Wi-Fi switches
  • N (Neutral) and A (Active / Live) to the supply terminals
  • Switched lighting outputs to the Out L1–L6 terminals
  • E (Earth) as required

DIP switch & multi-way control:

  • Turn the main power OFF before adjusting the DIP switch — changes won't take effect while power is on
  • The 2-way switching function is enabled when the DIP switch is turned ON
  • Supports up to 5-way switching; the primary 6-gang switch supports 2-way control via control cable or app association, while additional switches connect via app association only
  • All active connections must be on the same phase
  • Maximum total length of the S-COM and active loop cable: 50 m
  • Control and load cables must not be installed together in the same conduit
Smart power points (GPOs)
  • N (Neutral), A (Active / Live) and E (Earth) to the supply terminals
  • Each socket is rated to a maximum load of 10A (2400W)
  • On the GPO + 1 Gang Light Switch, the switched light connects to the Out terminal
  • On the GPO + USB-C, the USB-C PD / QC charging outputs are built in — no additional mains wiring is needed for the USB port
